Toowoomba, are you ready? Alex Crisp is bringing The Great Unwaste Toastie Challenge north with free 45-minute live workshops on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 March at 10am, 1pm and 4pm. These delicious sessions dive deeper into creative, practical ways to turn your everyday leftovers into something seriously tasty. Learn how to unwaste with confidence and see clever toastie combinations brought to life.

The Great Toastie Challenge landed at Rundle Mall on 27–28 February.

Alex Crisp hosted fast, free 15-minute live workshops where everyday leftovers were transformed into something seriously tasty, with attendees picking up practical tips to unwaste food at home and discovering just how much works in a toastie. Visitors dropped in to watch the demos and left inspired to create their own leftover toastie creations at home.
